Founders4Schools signals next stage of growth with appointment of its first Chief Executive

The leading education charity Founder4Schools is delighted to announce the appointment of Miles Quitmann who will join to serve as its chief executive with immediate effect.

Founders4Schools improves the life chances of young people by helping teachers spark their interest in

future careers and is one of the fastest growing charities in the education sector.

 

Miles brings extensive leadership, commercial and technical experience as well as a passion for inspiring

and motivating teams. With 20 years’ experience in high growth technology and mobile businesses

Miles has led a number of digital-based businesses, including Europe’s first hosted electronic billing and

payments company. More recently, he was Managing Director of mobile payments and mobile

marketing firm, Proxama PLC, which grew to over £60m in value during his commercial tenure.

 

Founders4Schools acts as a concierge service for teachers looking to inspire their pupils by giving them

access to business leaders in their community.  "Miles’ expertise will ensure teachers find the service

quick and easy to use so that young people get to meet and hear from some of the UK's most

extraordinary and globally renowned entrepreneurs."
