Stewart is an inspirational leader with a broad pedigree formed across a range of organisations in the not-for-profit, private and public sectors. Prior to Founders4Schools, Stewart was CEO of Stirling Council (Scotland), and remains a Board Member of the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI) and member of Entrepreneurial Scotland. He climbs and coaches rugby in his spare time.

Jason Elsom is Founders4Schools' Chief Operating Officer. Early Tech Sector CEO, Educational Leader and Board Member.
Teck is a professional senior leader with over 25 years of management experience (in both the public and private sectors) and a proven track record in improving the financial position of the organisations.
Susan is our Delivery Director, ensuring we as an organisation deliver on our commitments and leading the Engineering Team. Susan has helped worked in or with seven start-ups, is an experienced Chairman, and has delivered complex major projects for some of Britain's most well-known companies.
Head of Engineering and provides technical leadership to our development team
Andrew is our Head of Engineering and leads our development team across Founders4Schools and Workfinder. He started his career at Ocado Technology before joining Founders4Schools in 2015. His background ranges from designing and building web projects to automating infrastructure.

Morag Pavich is the Head of Community Engagement for the West of Scotland. She brings a a wealth of senior management experience in stakeholder relations and communications across corporate, entrepreneurial and philanthropic sectors.

Rosalind Stuart is Head of Community Engagement for the East of Scotland. She has a background in secondary education, careers guidance and pastoral care.

Sonia is the Head of Community Engagement for the North of Scotland. Following work in the biotechnology industry and academia, Sonia moved into working in Public Engagement, inspiring people of all ages about the importance of STEM in everyday life.
Anna serves as our Company Secretary and is an award-winning chartered secretary with a background working in academy schools and start-up education charities.
